With our Airbnb cleaning service, we provide you with an outstanding cleaning job at an affordable price. In addition we can monitor all amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, hand/body soaps, coffee, toilet paper and paper towels or anything else you like for your guests.

Our Airbnb pricing works differently than our residential cleaning packages such as: 1 Time Soft Cleaning, 1 Time Deep Cleaning and the Housekeeping Membership. Your pricing will be customized depending on how many Airbnb’s you would like us to clean and how frequently you will need our services.

Organization Services

All spaces will be organized following the

KonMari method
or our In-House system.

The KonMari Method is a simple but effective tidying method, ensuring you will never again relapse to clutter. It uses a unique selection criterion choosing what sparks joy!

The KonMari method encourages tidying by category not by location beginning with clothes, then moving on to books, papers, miscellaneous items, and finally sentimental items. Keep only those things that speak to heart, and discard items that no longer spark joy. Thank them for their service and then let them go. You can not tidy if you never learned how.

Don’t worry, our in-house system will customize a plan to suit your organization’s needs. Unlike the KonMari method here we will organize by location first and then by category.

For example, if we start with the bedrooms first, we won’t move onto the next space until all bedrooms are finished.

  1. Organize by space: We will organize following the order space within space. It means that if we are organizing your master bedroom and we start with a walking closet, we finish this and then we move on to the dressers as an example.
  2. Seasonal Decluttering: We will clear and organize according to the season. Depending on what space in your house we are organizing, we will consider removing , packing, labeling and storing seasonal items or placing them in a less reachable space.
  3. Separate by color, type and size: We will organize by colors embracing the Roy G. Biv system. So it’s white, cream, pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, brown, gray, and black. Then we will pick up similar sizes and types of items and place them together in groups.
  1. Decluttering and hauling your donations and recyclables after every tidying session.
  2. Contact consignment stores in the area for furniture that is no longer useful to you.
  3. Scheduling with junk removal if needed.
  4. Labeling
  5. Deduct your donations from your taxes
